Eindhovensche Golf

1930

Designed by Harry Colt and founded in 1930, the Eindhoven Golf Club boasts an excellent 18-hole heathland course that is routed through a dense forest, just a few kilometres to the south of Eindhoven.

The course has hosted a number of championships over the years, including the Dutch Open and more recently the KLM Ladies Open. It is laid out in the form of two huge clockwise loops that each return to the beautiful thatched roof clubhouse.

Eindhoven features tree-lined fairways, plenty of water in the shape of streams and ponds and few, but strategically-placed bunkers. A fantastic course that is reminiscent of Surrey’s heath and heather courses.
